About 1 km off the northern shore of Siriú, the islet hosts kayak and boat tours, as well as dives. There are plenty of fish around the island, with schools of mullet, caranhas, groupers, amberjacks, parus, pixiricas and pompanos. In January 2017, however, abandoned fishing nets were seen around the island, with dead marine animals caught in them.
