Brazil
The name Ilha da Pescaria comes from the abundance of fish and from fishing, an activity that has been part of the local culture for centuries. The building on the island, seen from the boat, catches visitors' attention.
Around the island, the waters are almost a natural aquarium where you swim among tropical fish. It is common to see schools of colorful sargentinhos swimming close to visitors, and there are also corals. The site also offers encounters with sea turtles and other species typical of the region.
