Ohrob Reef is known for the aircraft sunk on its reef, a Grumman HU-16 Albatross seaplane manufactured in the United States between 1947 and 1959. In July 2025, the aircraft showed little damage, but its propellers and most of its instruments were already missing. That same month, the wreck was dived and scanned in 3D.
