Maldives
It is a drift dive: depending on the direction of the current, divers descend along the north-east or south-west face of the faru and let themselves be carried. Hundreds of fusiliers accompany the dive. Schools of hump head snapper and banner fish linger around the coral blocks, and bat fish, groupers and huge schools of rainbow runners can also be seen. On the blocks, there are nudibranchs, moray eels, mantis shrimps, anemone fish and shrimps. In Noonu, the high season usually runs from January to April, when sea and weather conditions are best.
