Thakandhoo Corner

The dive follows the slope of Thakandhoo's south reef, passes some small caves and openings, and ends at the corner of the reef around some rock formations. Stingrays, snappers, groupers and fusiliers are found at the site, along with blue triggerfish. Sometimes, out in the blue, you can spot eagle rays and tuna. In Haa Alifu Atoll, manta season typically runs from November to March, and the sea tends to get calmer from early December until May, before the monsoon.
