Egypt
Eagle rays and giant morays are very common at Shark's Bay, and giant grouper and octopus are also common sightings. Along the drop-off there are pinnacles with glassfish. Blue spotted rays, crocodile fish, moray eels and pufferfish also appear, and, if you are lucky, an eagle ray swimming out in the blue. The population of stonefish and scorpionfish is healthy, and at night the site fills with crustaceans, echinoderms and cephalopods.
On a sandy plateau, a coral head often shelters two large morays, and next to it a bubble anemone is home to quite aggressive anemonefish. To the right of the site there is a canyon popular for tec diving.
