The dive at Shaab El Kenz starts in a canyon and continues onto a plateau full of fish and soft corals. The site has a small cave system with beautiful plays of light. There are many small fish and a great coral garden, and sometimes sharks and turtles appear. In the blue in front of the fringing reef, something bigger passes by now and then, such as eagle rays. In El Quseir, March to May and September to November are considered the best months to travel, since June to August is very hot.
