Maldives
The topography is unusual: the southern part forms two tongues that descend along the bottom. Thousands of glassfish gather around the tongues, along with surgeonfish, lobsters, scorpionfish and anemonefish. In divers' records, the clownfish is the most frequently noted, followed by surgeonfish, snappers and moray eels, and there are also octopuses. Eagle rays appear in these records, all of them in October and November.
