Maldives
The Rihiveli Wreck is a 45 m steel freighter, sunk by the Rihiveli resort itself. The hull lies on its side. It is just south of the Rihiveli entrance, inside the Ranikan channel: a long drift through Ranikan can end at the wreck.
A school of blue stripe snappers has made the hull its home, and there are rays on the sandy bottom around it. On the reef next to it, eagle rays and tunas are common sights.
