Maldives
The wreck is the wooden hull of a transport dhoni, about 30 m long, which sank in 1979 and lies on the south side of the giri. The giri has interesting overhangs and many small caves and caverns. In January 2008, a photographer recorded the whitetip soldierfish (Myripristis vittata) on the wreck.
