Minimasgali Kandu

There are huge schools of fusiliers, unicornfish, tuna, barracudas and eagle rays, and hammerhead sharks have been sighted. On a single dive in 2000, a diver saw more than 5 whitetip reef sharks, 2 grey sharks, more than 10 eagle rays, stingrays and schools of barracuda. On the way up, the dive follows reef crests with many soft corals and overhangs. In Faafu, the good season is usually considered to run from October to March.
