On the south side and the northwest a school of jackfish appears; there is macrofauna in the small overhangs, plus stingrays, moray eels, butterflyfish and a school of bannerfish. Between two reefs, the giri has fish, glassfish, moray eels and lionfish, with overhangs and hard and soft corals, as well as tuna, trevally and schools of snapper and fusilier.
