Maldives
The name Maa Giri means "Flower Island", and the site is usually described as "fish soup". There are thousands of lunar fusiliers in front of the giri, with nurse sharks sleeping and moray eels being cleaned in the holes. All around the giri are schools of yellow snappers, humpback snappers and sweetlips, and at certain times a cloud of glass fish appears; on the walls, there is macro life with mantis shrimp, whip coral shrimp and nudibranchs. The steep walls have overhangs full of glass fish and moray eels, and groupers are cleaned next to three large coral blocks. On the east side there are schools of blue-striped snappers and banner fish, and many parrotfish.
