Among large coral blocks, sleeping nurse sharks are often found. There are schools of red snappers, sergeant fishes, whitetip reef sharks and resident turtles. During manta season the reef is usually a feeding ground, and the mantas usually swim just beneath the surface with their mouths wide open.
