Maldives
The site's two tilas are connected by a rope stretched across the reef flat, and divers follow it from one tila to the other. The coral blocks on the sandy slopes hold morays, shrimps, nudibranchs and octopus, and schools of bat fish and fusiliers surround the tila. Rays appear along the flat between the two tilas, and near the southern tila a huge block draws many fish, with nurse sharks often resting underneath it during the day. The site is also used for night dives.
