Maldives
The name comes from Dhivehi: giri is a shallow reef, and this one lies at Kuroshi Island. The outside (Out) is dived separately from the inside (In). In the Dhigali area, from May to November the water usually becomes rich in plankton, and this period is usually the manta season in the surrounding area.
