Maldives
Koimas.2 is a fishing boat sunk on 30 November 2009 as an attraction of the Filitheyo house reef; before that, it served for many years as a fishing boat for the AAA hotel group, owner of the resort. It was sunk on purpose as an artificial reef, to offer new challenges to house reef divers and attract marine life, and before that the team opened extra passages in the hull to make penetration easier. In December 2010, there were stingrays lying in the sand near the propeller, inquisitive jacks, a shoal of around 10 devil rays passing overhead and a small shoal of resident glassfish on the bridge.
