Maldives
The name in Dhivehi means "black jack long reef" (black trevally). There are many stingrays, eagle rays and varied fish, over lively, colorful coral. In the Goidhoo, Fehendhoo and Fulhadhoo area, the dry season, from December to April, is usually the best time to visit, with sun and little rain.
