Maldives
The site is near Innafushi, an uninhabited island, and has hard coral formations. Eagle rays appear frequently and in good numbers, which suggests the spot may be a feeding area for them. In the Goidhoo, Fehendhoo and Fulhadhoo region, the dry season, from December to April, is usually the best time to visit, with sun and little rain. Baa Atoll, which includes Horsburgh Atoll and its islands, was declared a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve in 2011.
