Maldives
It is known for grey reef shark activity, with turtles, a school of jacks and rays. In an overhang at the top of the reef, nurse sharks and stingrays appear. The site is also cited for hammerhead shark sightings. On the outer reef of Gemanafushi there is a cut, the "canyon".
