The site lies on the back reef of Fulidhoo, which extends for roughly 4 km from west to east. It is a reef on the outside of the atoll, with the top covered in table corals.
There are many overhangs where macro life hangs out. In the overhangs with soft corals, fish such as batfish shelter during currents. It is a good site for a sunset or night dive.
