Maldives
There are many fish at the site, as well as dolphins and eagle rays, over hard coral formations. In the Goidhoo, Fehendhoo and Fulhadhoo region, the dry season, from December to April, is usually the best time to visit, with sun and little rain for snorkeling and diving. Baa Atoll, which includes Horsburgh Atoll and its islands, was declared a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve in 2011.
