Maldives
Coral blocks form canyons, tunnels and chimneys along the wall, and it is possible to pass from one cave to another through a maze of tunnels. There is plenty of soft coral, good fish life and turtles, and it is worth looking out into the blue for pelagic fish. The fauna includes soldierfish and squirrelfish, and in the caves an encounter with a stingray or a moray eel is possible.
