The El Quseir area is known for dense coral cover and larger marine life such as dugongs, dolphins, turtles and rays, as well as lots of colourful nudibranchs and other macro life. Along this coast there are also several areas with dead or dying coral and signs of bleaching. In El Quseir, March to May and September to November are considered the best months to travel, since June to August is very hot.
