Digu Faru appears to be the alternative site used when the outer reefs become unworkable. On a day with waves of 1 to 2 m in Muli Kandu, the boat returned to the inside of the atoll. In Meemu Atoll, the best diving conditions tend to be in the dry season, from December to April, with light winds and little rain. The monsoon usually runs from May to November and, around June, the sea is sometimes too rough for boats, so it is worth confirming that operators are going out.
