Maldives
As the name suggests, there are many barracudas in this channel, which is 500 m wide. They and the eagle rays are almost always in the middle of the channel, at the front, on the edge. There are plenty of schooling fish; on the sandy bottom there are almost always rays, and among small blocks nurse sharks can be seen. Many sharks, rays and turtles are also reported. The north side is the most dived, with large coral blocks inside the channel.
