Maldives
The corals are strong and healthy, and the marine life is mostly small fish, such as bait fish and glass fish, along with nudibranchs. It is a long reef, about 100 meters from tip to tip, in front of Araigathaa Island. It is part of a group of nearby sites, along with Bondu Giri, Keyolhu Faru, Kuda Thila and Hulaa Thila. In August 2023, President Ibrahim Mohamed Solih announced that Araigaththaa, an uninhabited island near Gemanafushi, would be opened for bidding for the construction of a resort.
